Galon Royce Mills, Sr., 66 of El Campo, passed away on December 18, 2017. He was born on May 1, 1951 in Smiley, Tx to the late E.J. Mills, Jr. and Jean Smith.  He is survived by his wife Carolyn Heidrich Mills, children, Clissa Mills, Galon Mills, Jr. and wife Kristen, Charles Mills and Jennifer Kelsey, Casey Craig and husband Steven; grandchildren, Nikkolas Howard and Leslie Brown, Lorynn Howard, Summer Howard, Tyler Mills and wife Jalen, Tanner Broman, Holley Mills, Braxton Mills, Addison Mills, Wesley Mills, Kati Craig, and Olivia Craig; great grandchildren, Lillian Howard, Linken Howard, Lane Benge, and Zyphera Driesden; brother, John Mills and wife Cathy, and brother-in-law Wayne Bender.  He is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, James Smith and sister, Beverly Bender.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 4-7 p.m. at Triska Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Dubroc officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Bubba Miller, Jamie Kubena, Robert Davis, Chris Heidrich, Nikk
Howard and Tyler Mills. Honorary pallbearers will be Alan Guyer, Mike Kubena, Kenneth
Knight, Dixon Atchetee, Russell Junot and Steven Alazar.
