LOWELL HOWARD

EL CAMPO - Lowell Howard, 64, of El Campo passed away October 10, 2015. He was born May 26, 1951 in El Campo to Raymond and Evelyn Stokr Howard. He was a retired officer for the Department of Public Safety.

He is survived by wife, Brenda Howard of El Campo; father, Raymond Howard of El Campo; son, James Lowell Howard and wife Leticia of El Campo; Tiffany Chun and companion David Lett of El Campo, Amy Karm and husband Lance of Cedar Park; sister, Charlotte Reed and Donna Hermansen of El Campo; 8 grandchildren and Ethan Lowell Howard to arrive in January; 2 great grandchildren; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Glenda Harris and Pepper Ludlow, Teresa and Dennis Shimek, Keith and Cherie Bram, Jay and Cheryl Harris, Leslie Hermansen; and mother-in-law Trevia Harris.

He was preceded in death by mother, Evelyn Stokr Howard; step-mother, Marcel Rod Howard; brother-in-law, Jack Reed and father-in-law, Ecil J. Harris.

Visitation begins 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2015 at First Baptist Church with the funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m, Pastor Rick DuBroc officiating. Graveside service will be 4:00 p.m. at White Creek Cemetery in George West.
