Classmate Bobby Little passed away February 23, 2023.  Condolences to the family of Bobby on their loss.  Bobby was a generous, personable friend who always was a joy to have a converstaion with.  He coached basketball at St. Philip's and will be remembered fondly by the students he coached.

Obituary for Robert "Bobby" Little

Robert “Bobby” Brandon Little, 71, of El Campo, passed away February 23, 2023. He was born on May 3, 1951 in El Campo to the late Julian and Margarette Early Little. Bobby was the general manager at Rice Farmers Co-op and retired in May 2021. He was a member of St. Philip Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council #4490.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sylvia Kaspar Little; daughter, Katie Little Ball and husband Nathan of Wichita, KS; sons, Michael Little and wife Nikki of San Antonio and Jeffery Little and wife NaShay of El Campo; grandchildren, Benjamin Little, Juliann, Caroline, Bram and Eli Little, William, Jonah and Emelyn Ball; brother, John Little and wife Colleen; sister, Julia Moore and husband Jed Baumgold and half-brother, Roger Little and wife Renee.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Monday, February 27 at Triska Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. Monday at St. Philip Catholic Church with a KC Rosary recited at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 28 at St. Philip Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael Rother officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Collins, Philip Miller, John Fothergill, Jimmie Triska, Glenn Rod, Turk Krenek and Gary Charbula.

Memorial donations in memory of Bobby may be made to St. Philip School.
