Obituary for Carol Kincel Wied

Carol Kincel Wied of El Campo passed away on April 15, 2022 at the age of 71. She was born December 16, 1950 in Houston to Frank and Elsie Gross Kincel. She was a homemaker and an active member of Christ Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Larry Wied; sons Matt Wied and wife Casey, and Kevin Wied and wife Shawna, grandchildren Kyle Wied and Madisyn Wied, all of El Campo. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Kenneth Kincel and his wife Durelle.

Family will receive visitors 5 pm to 7 pm Wednesday at Triska
Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 10 am Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Christ Lutheran Church with Reverend Wayne Clement officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Matt Wied, Kevin Wied, Kyle Wied, William Mikulenka, Robert Baker, and Gary Johnson. Honorary bearers will be Madisyn Wied, Shawna Wied, Casey Wied, Ed Dore and Robert E. Baker.

Donations in memory of Carol Wied may be made to Christ Lutheran Church or to S.P.O.T.
